About the event
This program is designed to include mindfulness, movement, creative writing, drawing, artistic activities, and discussion. Topics that will be covered include exploring personal identity, goals, and self-awareness through creative expression. We will be hosting a small event at the end of the program to showcase the artwork the youth created.
