About the event
Mighty Kids Club focuses on emotional identification, self-regulation, coping strategies, positive behaviours and thinking, problem solving skills, self-care, and SMART goal setting. This program includes movement, mindfulness strategies, games, activities, and connections to others by providing opportunities for children to learn and practice interpersonal skills, discuss feelings, share ideas, and make new friends. This program is anchored in strength-based activities and strategies to strengthen children’s social and emotional skills.
