Triple P - Fearless
Being a parent to a child who is experiencing anxiety can be challenging. This free workshop will offer parents tips and strategies to help children ages 5 - 16 manage anxiety.
Fountain of Health
Research shows that there are five actions you can take to maximize your health and happiness, no matter what your age. Only 25% of your health is determined by genetics, which means much more is due to your outlook and lifestyle! A positive outlook on aging combined with a healthy lifestyle can help you reduce the risk of chronic illness and optimize the management of chronic conditions like depression, anxiety, diabetes, cancers, heart disease and others.
True Colors Parenting
Parents will go through the True Colors Personality process and learn how to determine the Color Spectrum of each family member and the family as a whole. A better understanding of your family’s personality temperament can be a springboard for developing improved parent/child relationships, better communication in the home, more meaningful family relationships and fun-filled activities for the whole family.
Kids Have Stress Too
Stress can affect children’s physical, emotional, social and intellectual well being. By participating in this workshop, parents/caregivers will learn how to recognize stress in children and identify how to help children learn to manage stress. Participants will leave the 2-hour workshop with resources and content to help their children/youth manage stress.

Handle with Care is a simple, evidence based, interactive program developed to provide parents and caregivers the strategies to promote the mental health of young children from birth to 6 years. The program uses a strength-based approach with the assumption that every parent or caregiver wants the best for the children in their lives.
