Community Volunteer/Organization Nomination Form

Kneehill Regional Family and Community Support Services and Volunteer Kneehill would like to recognize Kneehill area residents and community organizations that have given freely of their time (big or small) to the well-being of their community and fellow community members. If you know of someone that you would like to shine the spotlight on, please send us your nomination!

Six successful nominees (1 from Acme, Carbon, Kneehill County, Linden, Three Hills and Trochu) will be celebrated!
